A warming display case is a device used in catering and retail establishments to keep food warm and display it to customers or guests. This type of device is usually used to store and display different types of food, such as pastries, sandwiches, pizzas, grills, fried foods, pâtés, cakes, or any other treats that are usually served hot. Warming cases usually have a glass or plastic panel on the front that allows customers to see the food stored inside the case. Heaters or light bulbs are used inside the display case to keep the food at the right temperature in order to preserve freshness and taste. Some models of heated showcases also have control panels for adjusting temperature and humidity.
